$245 per night Sunday-Thursday (2 people)
$295 per night Friday-Saturday
$50 per extra person per night.

Rental Policy:
A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking (check preferred).
The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. We have a firm no refund policy.  
Smoking is prohibited at this lodging.

No pets – although we love pets, we guarantee guests with allergies that no animals have been in the house.
